All hacking techniques and malware analysis taught must only be practiced in controlled environments or with explicit permission from the system owner. Using the knowledge gained for illegal penetration, unauthorized system access, or any malicious purposes is strictly prohibited. You, the User, are solely responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations when applying skills learned here.
- User Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to register or purchase courses (our content is not directed at minors). If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we believe a user is not complying with these Terms or is ineligible.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is provided, except in cases required by law or as outlined: if a technical issue on our side prevents access
to the content you purchased, we will either provide a fix or consider a refund at our discretion. If you believe special circumstances merit a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase. We comply with EU consumer law regarding digital content; by accessing purchased content immediately, you acknowledge you waive any statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services that have begun (per EU Directive 2011/83/UE). - Course Access and Conduct: Purchased courses are for your personal use only. Sharing access credentials or content (videos, labs, files) with others, or reselling our content, is prohibited. We may revoke access if we detect account sharing or abuse. During live training or community forums, you must conduct yourself professionally and refrain from any harassment, hacking attempts on other
users, or other disruptive behavior. - Intellectual Property: All course materials, videos, text, code samples, and downloads are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal learning. No reproduction, redistribution, or public display of any content is allowed without our written permission. This includes no posting of course materials on public forums or sharing malware samples beyond the intended lab environment. The Academy’s name, logo, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: The Academy’s services and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that learning outcomes will meet your expectations or that you will achieve any certification or job as a result of our training. All information provided is for educational purposes; we are not responsible for any misuse or outcomes
from applying the knowledge . While we strive for accuracy and up-to-date content, we do not warrant that the website or content is free of errors or that your results will be error-free. Use the knowledge responsibly and test tools in safe environments. - Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy (and its owner/instructor) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or courses. You agree not to engage in any black-hat hacking, cybercrime, or distribution of malware as a result of our training. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we suspect unethical or illegal activity in connection with our courses, without refund, and
